photoOn March 15, 2015 we lost our beloved Zoe.  If you are reading this page you probably know that Zoe was a beautiful woman who was kind, spirited, witty and compassionate.  We wish she had been able to come out as Zoe much sooner as she was so happy to be able to be herself.  We were looking forward to her many future successes and believe she would have become a strong force for human rights, especially those of the Transgender and LGBTQ family.  She was a brave soul and tried to help others on their quest to be true to themselves.

Our most intense sadness comes from the fact that she died just before so many positive events have taken place for the Transgender community.  She would have been so thrilled to see what is happening today, how so many people are asking for knowledge about the community and supporting LGBTQ rights.

If she had to go, we are comforted in the fact that she was finally truly happy.  She was herself, she was in love, and she was making a future for herself.

Zoe, we will miss you every day of our lives.  Hugs!
